Hey!

Yea! It's My 17th birthday today!

(this is my second time writing this journal
because earlier when i was almost done typing
it the over passing storm knocked the power
out!ugh... lol well....)

My family celebrated it yesterday this was
because today most of them are working and
won't be home all at the same time anyways...

My mom got me a smallish round cake even
though i was rather disappointed it wasnt
a cookie cake because cookie cakes are the
best but then i said we should get a cookie
cake for fathers day so we might get one
anyhow we sometimes get them for no
reason at all besides the fact that there really
good which reminds me that i still need to
make a card for fathers day

It said Happy Birthday Salena on it and had 3
roses and 4 little rosse buds i know this
because my little sister called one of the
roses and my older sister and i had the other
two they put two already part way used crayon
looking candles on it and sang happy birthday
to me and i can say that i blew out all the
candle with one breath it was good cake just
really sweet frosting so we only each have 1
piece at a time that is why the rest had to go
back into the fridge

Even though while on vacation over spring
break my mom paid for my turtles and told
me they were my birthday gifts i still of
course got some gifts but thats because my
mom buys them way in advance and on sale
so she gives them to me anyway as well as its
just nice to open some when your celebrating

So from my mom and dad i got wizardology
(which i love the ology books and have most
of them already), Wizardology; A Guide to
Wizards of the World, A organic animal
friendly super cute mutts pj tshirt (which
i already own some mutts stuff its always
cute as well as oraganic and animal
friendly!), A tank top and shorts pj set
that has fishes on it, And a bag of gummy
bears (there odd colors to and have a pretty
strong flavor but there good, besides the
fact that gummy bears are mostly gelatin
which is gross to say the least)

Then Ashleigh my older sister got me a
GIR tshirt from hot topic which is cool too

I also got 5 cards in the mail (which my
little sister thought was werid because they
all came in the mail on the same day) from
aunts uncles and my grandma which most of
them had checks or money besides my grandmas
who wrote that she will give me my last
carosel horse in my collection which shes
been giving to me over the last few years for
special occasions like birthdays and christmas
or the time i "officially became a woman"
(when i got my period for the first time) that
was in the least to say embarassing....

I think i got things from everyone who i
normally get them from besides my aunt cindy
who normally forgets my birthday and then sends
one box of gifts and cards in july for both me
and my older sisters birthdays since mine is in
june and ashleighs is in august

So now i have to write thank you notes to
everyone thanking them as well as updating
them on things that are going on in my life
right now

I also got a few text messages from my little
sisters friends wishing me a happy birthday
i also likely have some comments on myspace
but i haven't checked yet

I had another piece of cake when i woke up
this morning which ill likely have another
piece soon cause that sounds good

i think that is all that i can say about my
birthday which i think i said too much
already

Besides my birthday I posted my entry for

Im still likely going to be getting another
DA account soon

I wish it would warm up and stop storming
so much so i can go swimming but i still have
stuff to do and will be going on vacation
in early july anyhow where i can go swimming

Well i think that is all for now
